Cancellation and Refund Policy for In-Person Events 

Should the event organiser need to cancel each participant will be contacted as soon as possible and participants will be offered a refund, reschedule date or credit for a future booking.

Participants needing to cancel their attendance are required to let the organiser know as soon as possible before the event and will be offered a credit for re-booking at a future date. No refunds are offered for cancellations or change of mind.

Should the participant not show up on the day of the event without letting the organiser know prior, no credit will be offered. 

Credits offered are for 1 year and to be used for the same event topic originally booked for. A coupon code will be emailed to participants with details of credit.

Once credit has been used, no further credits will not be offered should the participant cancel attendance or not show up to the event. Credits can be used toward booking into the online course for the same topic.
